INVITATION TO TENDER 1

Community Pride Operative/Team

Scope of Project:

Community Pride Operative/Team (CPO/CPT)

The CPO/CPT are the eyes and ears of the Parish Council within the Parish, thus this is a very important role involving many different skills.

We require a suitably experienced and motivated self employed individual or team who know the Parish well and can be flexible to manage and maintain areas within the parish such as the parish office and community facility, cemetery, allotment, Local Nature Reserve, parks, bus shelters, notice boards, bins and other areas.

Playground Management & Maintenance

Scope of Project:

We require a suitably qualified self employed individual or team to manage and maintain our two play parks.

The parks are situated within the village of Reawla (off Henver Gardens) and the village of Connor Downs off Arundel Way (this park is known as ESPF – Elizabeth Sampson Playing Field.  Both parks are open to the general public so we therefore require a high standard of maintenance and management.

Tenders are invited for either both or one of the contracts above. The contract shall initially be for 12 months.  Subject to satisfactory conditions the contract may be extended for a further 2 years.
