INVITATION TO QUOTE

PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY CUTTING CONTRACT

Scope of Project:

  • Cutting footpaths, bridleways & byways and stiles/gates within the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
  • Extra work as required.
  • Date of contract: April 2025

Notes:

  • A formal contract will be signed between the parties involved
  • This will be a three year contract, subject to full conditions, grant funding and satisfactory performance
  • Work will be completed between May and August
  • The successful bidder will take direction from the Clerk to the Council
  • Persons interested in bidding should contact the Clerk for a quotation pack
  • Gwinear-Gwithian Parish Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotes received
  • All questions regarding this contract may be directed to the Clerk to the Council
  • It is the contractors responsibility to ensure quotes are received by the Council
  • All quotes must be received by 9am on the 17th March 2025
