Help us to influence the next Cornwall Local Plan and have a say in how growth affects the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
Most places in Cornwall will need to build new homes in the period to 2050. This is your opportunity to help us tell Cornwall Council how growth can benefit our community.
Share your thoughts on
- WHERE new homes should be built and the areas that should be PROTECTED from growth
- The TYPE of new homes that we need
- The DESIGN of new homes
- The COMMUNITY FACILITIES that will help our communities to thrive
- The GREEN SPACES that should be improved or protected
- How we should support our local ECONOMY and encourage JOBS
- Where CONNECTIONS could be improved to make it easier to reach key destinations
Cornwall Council will share responses for our parish with our steering group and we’ll use your feedback to produce a Neighbourhood Priorities Statement (NPS), setting out our priorities for the future.
