NOTICE OF COUNCILLOR VACANCIES
Notice is hereby given that 3 vacancies have occurred for the Gwithian Ward among the members of the Parish Council.
The Parish Council can co-opt as members any person who is legally qualified to hold such office, and who is willing to serve, provided they satisfy at least one of the following qualification categories:-
(a) is registered as a local government elector for the parish;
(b) has during the whole of the preceding twelve months occupied as owner or tenant, any land or premises in the parish;
(c) their principal or only place of work during the preceding twelve months has been in the parish;
(d) had during the whole of the preceding twelve months resided in the parish or within 4.8 km thereof.

Any person willing to fill these vacancies should apply to the clerk in writing with the following information:-.
1) information about themselves and their interest in the parish/parish council
2) confirmation of their eligibility for the position of councillor within the statutory rules.
