INVITATION TO TENDER

PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY CUTTING CONTRACT

Scope of Project:

  • Cutting of approximately 27508 metres of footpaths, bridleways & byways within the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
  • Cutting of 26 stiles/gates within the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
  • Extra work as required.

Date of commencement: 2013

Notes:

  • A formal contract will be signed between the parties involved
  • This will be a three-year contract, subject to conditions
  • Work will be completed annually between April and August
  • The successful bidder will take direction from the Parish Clerk to the Council
  • Persons interested in bidding may pick up a tender package from the Clerk to the Council at the address below
  • Gwinear-Gwithian Parish Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders received
  • All tenders must be received by 10am Wednesday 5th June 2013
  • Please deliver tenders in a sealed envelope to the address below
  • All questions regarding this tender may be directed to the Clerk to the Council
