INVITATION TO TENDER
PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY CUTTING CONTRACT
Scope of Project:
- Cutting of approximately 27508 metres of footpaths, bridleways & byways within the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
- Cutting of 26 stiles/gates within the Parish of Gwinear-Gwithian
- Extra work as required.
Date of commencement: 2013
Notes:
- A formal contract will be signed between the parties involved
- This will be a three-year contract, subject to conditions
- Work will be completed annually between April and August
- The successful bidder will take direction from the Parish Clerk to the Council
- Persons interested in bidding may pick up a tender package from the Clerk to the Council at the address below
- Gwinear-Gwithian Parish Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders received
- All tenders must be received by 10am Wednesday 5th June 2013
- Please deliver tenders in a sealed envelope to the address below
- All questions regarding this tender may be directed to the Clerk to the Council
