Move More – Free Digital Falls Prevention Programme via Zoom

Funded by Public Health, Cornwall Council to deliver a free to participate digital Falls Prevention programme via Zoom for any adult living in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly who is unsteady on their feet, has a fear of falling or has had a fall. The progressive programme called MoveMore is an hour a week for 25 weeks, running on Monday mornings at 10.30am. The programme is evidence based and has proven to improve participant’s strength and balance, endurance, mobility and mental health, making activities of daily living far easier to achieve and increasing independence in the home.

The next programme starts on Monday 17th April and we continue to onboard participants up to the 20 week mark.
