INVITATION TO QUOTE – ESPF REVAMP PROJECT – HAYLE
Playground Refurbishment Project Management – Self-employed Independent Contractors required
Scope of Project: To project manage the complete refurbishment of a local public playground and park to include but not limited to:-
1. Set up sources of communication & review project plan
2. undertake/source an initial sketch plan
3. undertake advice regarding planning/building regs
4. source topographical report
5. organise public consultation event(s)
6. produce final plan/master report
7. undertake/source Bill of Quantities
8. source contaminated land/planning reports as required
9. undertake full planning application/bldg. regs if required
10. source and apply for grant funding
11. manage tender advertising & contractor selection
12. oversee the refurbishment works & final sign off stage
This is a one off contract due to start by no later than the end of November 2023

This contract is with the Connor Downs Residents Association
with oversight by Gwinear-Gwithian Parish Council
