Christmas tree - Connor Downs School 2011

Gwinear-Gwithian Parish Council in recent years has donated a locally sourced Christmas tree to the two schools within its Parish as this was something that Penwith District Council carried out in previous years.

Both the trees are recycled within their wards after the schools close for Christmas.  The one at Connor Downs School is erected outside the public house in Connor Downs for all to see and enjoy and the one at Gwinear School is donated to the local village hall in Gwinear.
