COMMUNITY PRIDE OFFICER/HANDYMAN

GWINEAR-GWITHIAN PARISH COUNCIL

have a vacancy for a

Part-Time Parish Council CPO/Handyman

16 hours per week initially,
Self-Employed Independent Contractor

We are looking for a Handyman who will be responsible for Council land, buildings and other external property by carrying out appropriate maintenance tasks, inspections and other duties that are requested.

Applicants should possess experience of dealing with the public, external organisations and Parish Council Contractors, be able to prioritise workloads, possess good physical fitness and flexibility.
