40 new homes for Connor Downs, Hayle, Second & Final Public Consultation

Mar 27, 2024 | Parish News

Treveth, a partnership company created by Cornwall Council to deliver new homes for local people, is preparing an affordable-led housing scheme comprising 40 new homes on land at Angarrack Lane in Connor Downs.

The feedback and comments from this consultation will be used to help inform and refine the final design of the proposals. This will be the last consultation event, ahead of the planning application being made to Cornwall Council later in the spring.

Public Exhibition

The public consultation runs from Wednesday 27th March until Friday 5th April 2024, and includes a public exhibition. This public consultation is being held on Wednesday 27th March at the WI Hall, Turnpike Road, Connor Downs, Hayle, TR27 5DT 2pm-7pm and will allow people to view the proposals, hear more about the scheme, ask questions of the project team in person, and share their thoughts.

Feedback from the community consultation will help to inform the proposals before a full planning application is submitted to Cornwall Council in April 2024.
